Basildon Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs (BYPE) aims to unite and empower young professionals and entrepreneurs in the Basildon and Billericay area through networking, professional development, and community leadership.

As part of its civic engagement initiative, BYPE also seeks to introduce its members to the local Conservative Association, fostering greater political participation and awareness among young adults.
