Here’s what the Labour party won't tell you but Roger will. We have a choice: more prisons in the UK or shorter prison sentences. Public safety demands more prisons. Unfortunately the land that we had earmarked for a new prison has become a small-boat processing centre. That's why we need a strong deterrent for small boats.
