Your voice in parliament:

DEFENCE - With global tensions high, spending at least 2.5% of GDP on defence is crucial. I'll stand up for our armed forces and ensure our nation's security.

ECONOMY - I'm all for growth and backing business. I advocate for sensible tax cuts to boost our economy and propose scaling back IR-35.

JOBS - Leveraging my career experience, I'll drive policies that move people from welfare to work, empowering our workforce.

LAW & ORDER - I'm committed to bolstering our public safety. This means more funding for the police and stronger border security, making our streets safer for everyone.

HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE - I'll tackle the neglect that's left our local services, like potholes, underfunded. It's time for a change in how we manage end-of-life care costs.

GREEN BELT PROTECTION - Protecting our green spaces is vital. I will ensure any new local plans respect our community's needs, prioritising necessary infrastructure before development.

IMMIGRATION ACTION - Let’s end illegal boat crossings and reduce migration significantly. We must secure our borders and ensure immigration is legal and controlled. It’s essential we take decisive measures to protect our borders.

FISCAL PRUDENCE - I'm for wise financial management, cutting wasteful spending, and demanding government accountability to safeguard taxpayer money.

BRITISH VALUES - I will promote policies that embody the British values of democracy, individual liberty, and the rule of law, fostering a united society.

BREXIT OPPORTUNITIES - Post-Brexit, it's crucial to leverage our independence to bolster our economy and global relationships. I support a Brexit that brings maximum benefit to our nation.

NO TO ULEZ - I stand against expanding ULEZ to our area

INFRASTRUCTURE - I will push for the undergrounding of the Norwich to Tilbury pylon scheme, protecting our landscape and reducing visual pollution.

NATIONAL SERVICE* - I propose a national service scheme for young adults on benefits, providing them with a chance to serve in the armed forces, community service, or public sector roles, fostering duty and enhancing life skills.

*UPDATE - The government has now committed to a manifesto pledge, launching a national service for all 18-year-olds. I will advocate to ensure these new recruits are not deployed in active service alongside our trained soldiers. Instead, their skills should be used in logistics, cooking, and supply chain, enabling us to sustain larger forces abroad and enhance our national security. This strategic use of non-combatant roles will help maintain our defensive capabilities without compromising the professionalism of our armed forces.
